The purpose of this course is to introduce to the students in-depth mathematical problems and solutions in relation to the engineering field of study. It covers the topics of determinants, arithmetic and geometric series, solution sets of different types of inequalities and systems involving quadratics, solution of linear equations using determinants and matrices, sequences and series and combination mathematics, partial fractions, and topics on spherical trigonometry.
