Physical Education focuses on anatomical, mechanical and physiological bases on movement skills toward gymnastics for physical fitness, rhythmic activities, artistic and sports aerobics. Further the course introduces personal health care. Its role in the curriculum is the total development of an individual such as physical, emotional, social and spiritual.
This course starts with an orientation to Physical Education. It covers the components of physical fitness including self-testing and some hygienic practices. It also includes the Fundamentals of Gymnastics.
